Genealogy of Our Family of Lutzenbergers
Grandfather and Grandmother Lutzenberger came from Germany and settle in Dayton, Ohio and to this union was born three boys and two girls, Lou, George, John, Emma and Ida. Lou had no children. George first married Matilda Evangeline Isgrigg and to this union one son Lou was born. John had one son John, this son and his wife, child and mother were struck by a Wabash train and killed in St. Louis do not remember the date. Grandmother died during the Civil War and Grandfather remarried and to this union was born three boys, William, Frank and Charles. William had two children, Herman and Christine. Frank had no children. Charles had on boy name unknown. Brother Lou married Sarah Catherine Carter and to this union was born three boys and one girl, Walter Louis, Clyde Edgar, William Fredrick and Hester May. Walter married Esther C. Hoover. Clyde Edgar married Opal L. Mitchell and to this union was born one girl Helen L. who married Ralph Ray. William Fredrick married Pear L. Richardson. Hester May married William L. Blum and to this union was born five sons William Jr., Richard Louis, Marvin Daniel, Darrell Edgar and Albert Eugene.
George, my father, was married the second time to Julia Freeman Furry, who had one son by her first marriage Roe Furry. To this union was born three boys and two girls George, William, Bert, Ada and Erma.
George married Ora Kate Fraser and to this union two sons were born George H. Jr. and Paul Fredrick. George H. Jr. married Hallie Mae Sharp and they have an adopted William Sharp. Paul married Loreta Mariece Vestal, Cross Plains, Texas and to this union two girls were born Paula Lynn died in infancy and Judy Mariece.
William married Roberta Young and to this union two sons were born Harvey and William. Harvey married Elizabeth Cook and to this union one daughter was born Melinda. William married Bernice Freeman and to this union one son was born, Tom.
Bert married Edith Cochran and to this union was born one boy and one girl, Jerome and Camille. Jerome married Joan Armor and to this union was born twin boys Jerome and Michael.
Ada married Everett Hawkins and to this union was born one son Kimber.
Erma married John W. Mayden, no children.
Roe Furry, Half brother, married Etta Gibbs and to this union two children were born Richard and Julia. Julia married Herbert Leonard and to this union two children were born Richard Allen and Anabel. Richard married Thelma Davis no children.
