BERT JEROME LUTZENBERGER
Funeral for Bert Jerome Lutzenberger, 67, 8 Cieza Lane, Hot Springs Village, Hot Springs, Ark., will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20, 1986, in the Brown-Binyon Chapel with Jerl Joslin, pastor of Parkview Christian Church, officiating.
He was born on Jan. 30,1919, in Salem, Mo., and died on Sunday, Nov. 16, 1986, in St. Joseph's Hospital in Hot Springs, Ark.
He married Joan Y. Armour on August 8, 1941, in Amory, Miss.
Employed by the Burlington Northern Railroad Company, Mr. Lutzenberger held various positions including trainmaster, assistant superintendent, and superintendent until his retirement in 1981.
Mr. Lutzenberger lived in Oklahoma from 1955-1956. He returned to Oklahoma in 1972 and lived in Broken Arrow until 1985. Mr. Lutzenberger moved to Hot Springs Village in 1985.
He was a Navy veteran of World War 11.
Mr. Lutzenberger was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hot Springs Village and a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bert Ellis Lutzenberger and Edith Corcoran Lutzenberger.
Survivors include his wife, Joan Lutzenberger, of the home; two sons, Bert Michael Lutzenberger of Littleton, Colo., and, Jerome Edward Lutzenberger of Trinidad, Colo.; one sister, Camille Lutzenberger of Amory, Miss.; and five grandchildren.
Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Brown-Binyon Funeral Home.
